In this role, you will provide comprehensive and competent advice to our clients. You will act as a reliable point of contact and support both personally and digitally.

• You will advise our clients by phone, in person, and via email on all matters related to AOK's services and insurance.

• You will tailor your advice to the individual needs of our clients and make use of our diverse additional offerings.

• Your goal is to attract new clients and thus strengthen AOK's competitive position.

• You have a qualification as a social security expert or a management assistant in healthcare with three years of professional experience.

• You possess solid knowledge of benefits and insurance law.

• Experience in direct customer consultation is ideal.

💶 You will receive an attractive salary between 52,700 EUR and 67,900 EUR, including Christmas and holiday bonuses as well as additional family-related allowances.

🏠 You can spend up to 20% of your working hours in a home office.

🌴 With our “Leisure Investment” programme, you can increase your annual leave from 30 to up to 50 days. Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve are free from work.

🕒 Full or part-time options with flexible working hours between 6:30 and 20:00.
