Description
As support for the Head of Facilities Management, you will take on a variety of tasks. Your responsibilities include:
You assist the Head of Facilities Management with technical and organisational tasks, such as building maintenance, supply and disposal, maintenance work, and fire and occupational safety.
You ensure that buildings, properties, facilities, and company vehicles of AOK are in good condition.
You document maintenance, repair work, and occupational safety topics digitally.
You carry out minor repairs yourself and coordinate external contractors for larger jobs.
You also take on roles as a first aider, fire protection assistant, and safety officer in the company.
Requirements
You have completed a vocational training in one of the following fields: electrical, heating, climate control, ventilation, or sanitary technology.
You have several years of professional experience in the field of technical property management.
You possess manual skills and are proficient in using PCs (MS Office).
A Class B driving licence and the willingness to use your own car for business trips are required.
Your German language skills correspond to at least level C1.
