Your Responsibilities
- Providing social pedagogical support to individuals with health impairments
- Advising individuals on career reorientation
- Conducting one-on-one sessions for support and stabilisation
- Guiding group work to enhance skills
- Documenting evaluations and accompanying work
- Project-based collaboration with funding bodies and other partners
Your Profile
- Degree in social pedagogy or training in rehabilitation education
- Experience with the target group preferred
- Basic consulting and methodological skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Knowledge of standard MS Office applications
- Enjoy working with diverse individuals
