• Placement in various departments according to a fixed training plan

• Learning about processes and procedures within the company

• Taking on fixed tasks and responsibilities

• Building complex systems and installations from mechanical, electrical, and electronic parts

• Assisting in the maintenance and repair of production facilities

• Working with circuit diagrams and construction drawings

• Participation in workshops, internal training and exam preparation
