Description
We offer an engaging role that includes responsible tasks:
You will independently process applications for long-term care insurance benefits, such as care allowance, short-term care, or respite care.
You will assess and document benefit claims using an SAP-based IT system.
You will advise individuals in need of care, their relatives, and caregivers over the phone on all care-related questions.
You will coordinate communication with all parties involved, such as the Medical Service, care services, and facilities.
Your commitment will contribute to customer satisfaction and help identify additional advisory opportunities.
Requirements
You have training as a social insurance clerk or a business administrator in the healthcare sector.
You have at least two years of professional experience in the relevant field.
Experience in claims processing for long-term care insurance is an advantage.
What We Offer
π° Our salary ranges from β¬51,400 to β¬60,800 per year, including Christmas and holiday pay, as well as family-related bonuses.
π Up to 60% of the work can be done from home.
π΄ You can get up to 50 days of annual leave. Christmas and New Year's Eve are days off!
π Flexible working hours are possible between 6:30 AM and 8:00 PM.
π We offer further education at our training centre and via digital platforms.
